The workshop follows a structured four-module approach covering the seven essential steps to alaia perfection, from initial design through final protective finishing. Participants work on premium paulownia wood blanks (220x45x3cm) to create Absolute, King, or Innovator models up to 7’2″, learning auxiliary line placement, pre-shaping techniques, final detail work, and oil finishing methods through hands-on practice with both manual and electric tool options. The experience concludes with a fully functional, personalized surfboard ready to ride immediately, providing not just a finished product but comprehensive shaping knowledge that allows continued board refinement and customization long after the workshop ends.
