This hands-on Spanish cooking experience takes place at Segredos d’avó cooking school with all ingredients provided by professional Chef Luísfrancisco. Learn to create authentic seafood paella, traditional Spanish paella, and mixed paella while mastering proper rice selection, saffron usage, and the essential socarrat technique.
The workshop covers fundamental paella cooking methods, proper paellera usage, and the art of achieving perfect rice texture with authentic Spanish ingredients and traditional timing principles. Students will prepare seafood paella with fresh shellfish, classic Spanish paella with rabbit and beans, mixed paella combining land and sea ingredients, and vegetarian paella with seasonal vegetables while learning proper stock preparation and saffron infusion techniques.
