Italian cooking represents one of the world’s most beloved culinary traditions, and this advanced Italian cooking workshop builds on fundamental skills to explore sophisticated pasta making and classic Italian dishes. This hands-on Italian cooking experience takes place at Segredos d’avó cooking school with all ingredients provided. Learn to create fresh pasta using industrial machines while mastering traditional techniques for ravioli, tortellini, and various pasta shapes including guitar, sedanini rigati, colorful gemelli, and colorful tagliatelle.
The workshop covers advanced pasta preparation techniques, sauce pairing principles, and the art of risotto making with authentic Italian methods. Students will prepare egg yolk ravioli with roquefort sauce, ricotta tortellini, and gamberi risotto while learning proper pasta storage methods for different varieties. The session concludes with traditional tiramisu preparation, providing a complete Italian dining experience that participants enjoy together at the school in true Italian convivial style.
