What Is Kundalini Activation?

What Happens During a Session

All kundalini activation sessions begin at 13:15. You’ll be welcomed into a safe space and guided through a full experience designed to allow your kundalini rising to unfold.

The session structure includes:

🔊 60 minutes of kundalini activation transmission with music
💬 Group sharing to integrate the experience

As you relax, you may feel sensations of life force energy moving, see visuals, feel emotions or experience spontaneous movement. These are signs that your kundalini shakti is awakening. Some people feel energy vibrating through meridian points, rising from the base of the spine, or opening into deep consciousness.

• Wearing comfortable clothes
• Eating lightly
• Avoiding alcohol, drugs and stimulants for at least 24 hours
• Bringing a yoga mat and water

This simple preparation allows your nervous system to be receptive and supports safe flow of kundalini energy through your body.
