We use artisan flours that come from mills still operating in Portugal, with an organic origin, giving the bread a unique taste.

Teacher: Pedro Pereira – Baker and founder of Peter Pão – Natural Bakery.
He has been working with natural fermentation for over 15 years, making bread on organic farms such as Quinta dos 7 nomes, where he spent 3 years before venturing into his own business. Throughout this journey, he has always used a wood-fired oven, perfecting this technique.
