Tea blending workshop in Lisbon for anyone curious about plants, herbs and the art of making a brew that is genuinely good for you and genuinely good to drink. Hosted by Sara Di Rocco, founder of Moments of Glim Wellness, in her home kitchen in Lisbon, this is a hands-on session built around seven years of tea blending experience and a deep love of selecting plants, herbs, spices and dried fruit that work beautifully together. You leave with your own personalised blend and a Moments of Glim tea to take home. Everything is provided.<\/p>\n

We move through the session covering the foundations of tea blending: what you need to know about the most common plants, how brewing times, quantities and water temperature affect the final cup, and how the effects of different plants combine to support your health and your palate. You will taste different tea varieties across the session, get familiar with the history of tea, and work toward creating your own personalised blend with Sara guiding you until you feel genuinely confident to keep experimenting at home. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, exactly as you would expect from a workshop held in someone’s home kitchen with a cat keeping a close eye on proceedings.<\/p>

I am Sara Di Rocco, founder of Moments of Glim Wellness, which began as an online tea shop and has grown into something much wider. I have been blending teas for over seven years and teaching people to do the same in my home kitchen in Lisbon, alongside my sourdough and kimchi workshops. The session takes place at my house under the watchful supervision of my cat Covinha. If you have a cat allergy or would simply prefer a different arrangement, just let me know and we will sort something out. I am also open to bringing this workshop to private events and team buildings.<\/p>\n

No prior experience with tea, plants or blending needed.
