Songwriting workshop in Lisbon for anyone who has ever felt something that needed more than words to express it. This is not a performance class, a singing lesson or a music theory session. It is a guided creative journey into your own voice, held in nature, using playful exercises and gentle prompts to help you write your first song from scratch in a small and genuinely non-judgmental group. The song that comes out might surprise you.<\/p>\n

We gather in nature, letting the sounds and landscape around us become part of the creative process. Juli opens the session with exercises designed to unlock your ideas and bypass the inner critic, moving through the basic building blocks of songwriting: verse, chorus, bridge and melody. You will learn how to turn an emotion, an image or a memory into lyrics, explore simple melodic techniques with the support of live instruments including shakers, drum and guitar, and develop a first draft into something that actually feels complete. Sharing what you created at the end is always optional and never forced. The group is small by design, between 2 and 8 people, so the space stays safe and the atmosphere stays warm throughout.<\/p>

I am Juli, a Shamanic Practitioner and creative facilitator based in Lisbon. I open safe and grounded spaces for people to connect to their truest and most empowered selves, supported by live instruments and tuning forks that guide the nervous system into a relaxed and meditative state. My workshops are designed for people who feel the fire of creation stirring inside and just need the right space and the right support to let it out.<\/p>\n

Sessions run with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 participants. Two tickets must be purchased for the workshop to be confirmed. Wear comfortable clothes.
