You choose three wines from whites, ros\u00e9s and reds (50ml each), settle into the quiet beauty of the estate surrounded by the Alentejo landscape, and let Nelson guide you through what makes the wines of M\u00e9rtola genuinely distinct. There are no food pairings in this experience, a deliberate choice that allows for a pure and uninterrupted focus on the wines themselves. An optional guided estate tour is available at 14:00 for those who want to explore the property and learn more about the winemaking before sitting down to taste.<\/p>
