Hatha yoga class in Alentejo at the beautiful Craveiral Farmhouse, surrounded by nature and designed for all levels from complete beginners to those deepening an existing practice. Led by Teresa from Teresa e os Yogis, this is a grounding and restorative group session that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath and move with intention in one of the most peaceful natural settings in the region.<\/p>

The session moves through a gentle and balanced Hatha practice, exploring postures, alignment and mindful awareness at a pace that works for every body in the room. Teresa creates a safe and judgment-free space where age, gender, physical ability and experience level are never barriers to participation, only starting points. The natural surroundings of Craveiral Farmhouse add a quality of stillness to the practice that is very difficult to find in an urban studio, making this session as much about the setting as it is about the yoga itself.<\/p>
