Cataplana cooking workshop in Algarve at Tert\u00falia Algarve, a four-hour hands-on culinary experience built around one of the most iconic dishes in the region. From selecting fresh local ingredients to mastering the unique cooking technique that gives the cataplana its rich and distinctive flavour, this workshop takes you through the full process from kitchen to table, guided by experienced chefs who know this dish and this cuisine from the inside out. All children are welcome and the experience ends the best way possible: sitting down together to eat what you made.<\/p>\n

The session opens with an introduction to the history and cultural significance of the cataplana, connecting you to the traditions behind the dish before you begin preparing it. From there the workshop moves into the practical cooking experience, working through ingredient selection, preparation and the cataplana technique step by step with guidance throughout. The session closes with a shared meal in a relaxed and convivial setting, where the dish you spent the afternoon preparing takes centre stage at the table.<\/p>
