Over 40 minutes, a brand distiller guides you through the full production process, from maceration and distillation to bottling and labelling, with the traditional copper still at the centre of everything. The visit covers the production of Black Pig Gin in both the Alentejo Coast and Alentejo Montado expressions, alongside Medronho brandy and Ilha do Pessegueiro Rum, giving you a complete picture of what this distillery produces and why the region shapes everything about it. The manual work carried out in a traditional copper still is the centrepiece: watching a skilled distiller work through maceration, distillation, bottling and labelling by hand tells you more about what is in the bottle than any tasting note could.
