Ritual candle workshop in Lisbon for anyone who wants to slow down, create something meaningful and leave with a handmade candle that is completely personal to them. Led by Sharona, who has been making intention-based candles for six years and runs her own candle shop under the Moonbeam Theory brand, this 1.5-hour small-group session combines the basics of candle making with intention setting, crystal work and simple mindful ritual practices that you can carry into everyday life. All materials included, no prior experience needed and a minimum of four participants per session.<\/p>\n
The session moves through four connected areas. Intention setting and affirmation work opens the experience, creating the personal and energetic foundation for the candle you are about to make. From there you explore the uses and symbolism of different crystals, choosing the ones that align with your desired energy or goals with Sharona’s gentle guidance available throughout. You then build your candle using a signature Moonbeam Theory scent and your chosen crystals, selecting your vessel from a curated selection of glass or metal jars so the finished piece feels fully aligned with your personal aesthetic. The session also introduces flame work and simple mindful ritual techniques, giving you practical tools for meditation, manifestation, grounding and self-reflection that extend well beyond the candle itself.<\/p>\n

I am Sharona, creator behind Moonbeam Theory. I have been making ritual candles for six years, driven by the idea that even the smallest everyday moments can become opportunities to slow down, reconnect and create more presence in our lives. A candle invites us to pause, to savour the moment and to reflect. This workshop exists because I wanted to share that practice with others and show that intentional creativity is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background.<\/p>\n
