The yoga session moves through gentle Hatha flow postures with a focus on mindful breathwork, working to release emotional blockages and bring the body and mind into a state of openness and presence before the Reiki begins. The Reiki healing session that follows uses the gentle flow of healing energy to harmonise body, mind and spirit, building on the groundwork laid by the yoga and deepening the restoration that the movement began. I am Nicola Keel, the heart behind Keel Healings in Albufeira. My journey into yoga and Reiki began as a personal path toward feeling more balanced and grounded, and grew into a deep passion for helping others slow down, reset and reconnect with themselves. I blend gentle intuitive yoga with the calming energy of Reiki to create experiences that nurture both body and mind, always in a space that is relaxed, welcoming and completely non-judgmental.
