Kids yoga in Albufeira for children who need a playful, nurturing space to move, breathe and express themselves freely. Led by Nicola Keel of Keel Healings, these sessions blend creative storytelling, simple yoga poses, games and mindful breathing into an experience that supports children’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing in a way that feels completely natural and genuinely enjoyable. There is no pressure to get anything right and no expectation to perform. Every child is welcome exactly as they are.<\/p>\n

Each session moves between movement and moments of relaxation, helping children release energy while also learning how to slow down and self-regulate at their own pace. Themes like kindness, confidence and gratitude are woven gently throughout, giving children positive habits and a sense of inner calm they can carry into everyday life well beyond the class itself. Whether your child is bursting with energy or a little more reserved, the sessions are inclusive, supportive and designed to make every child feel comfortable, seen and part of the group.<\/p>\n

I am Nicola Keel, the heart behind Keel Healings in Albufeira. My journey into yoga and Reiki began as a personal path toward feeling more balanced and grounded, and it grew into a deep passion for helping others slow down, reset and reconnect with themselves. I blend gentle intuitive yoga with the calming energy of Reiki in sessions that are relaxed, welcoming and completely non-judgmental. Living and working in Albufeira, I am inspired daily by nature, the ocean and the power of taking time to pause. For me it is never about perfection or performance. It is about creating space for you, and for your children, to breathe, heal and simply be.<\/p>\n

Open to children of all energy levels and personalities.
