Kids parkour course in Sintra for children aged 5 to 10 who want to discover the world of movement through a fun, safe and progressive five-session introduction at the Sintra gym. Led by the Parkour WAY team in a fully equipped indoor space with varied obstacles and all the safety conditions needed to learn the discipline properly, these group sessions bring together children of the same age and level, creating a motivating and genuinely enjoyable learning environment where everyone is starting together. Sessions run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm. The five sessions do not need to be consecutive and can be booked according to your availability.<\/p>\n
Each session combines games, team dynamics and progressive movement learning, working through the basic movements of parkour and building sequences that involve passing through different types of obstacles in a safe and controlled indoor environment. Six core physical and creative capacities are developed across the five sessions: balance, coordination and agility, strength, speed, endurance and creativity. The goal is to build a solid foundation in parkour through progressive, safe and dynamic learning that keeps every child engaged and motivated from the first session to the last.<\/p>\n
