Kids aerial yoga in Quarteira at Espa\u00e7o da Susana for children and young people aged 12 and over, a playful yet structured experience where movement, creativity and wellbeing come together in a safe and genuinely welcoming environment. Using soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling, participants explore yoga postures both on the ground and in the air, building strength, flexibility and balance while enjoying the sensation of lightness and freedom that aerial yoga uniquely provides. Sessions are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate, blending physical activity with moments of relaxation in a non-competitive and individually supportive atmosphere.<\/p>\n

At 12 and over, participants are guided through more intentional and progressively challenging sequences that support coordination, body awareness and growing physical confidence. The hammock serves as a tool for both movement and calm, helping to quiet the mind, reduce stress and encourage focus during the teenage years when body awareness, emotional regulation and self-confidence are developing rapidly. Safety and individual progression are at the heart of every class, with each participant supported to move at their own pace and develop skills without pressure or comparison.<\/p>\n
