Kids outdoor parkour course in Cascais for children aged 5 to 12 who want to discover the world of movement through a fun, safe and genuinely exciting four-session introduction. Led by the Parkour WAY team, these sessions take place in a public space in Cascais that is easy to park and ideal for beginners, offering a varied range of obstacles at low heights so every child can explore and experiment safely. Sessions run in groups of the same age range, creating a motivating and appropriately levelled learning environment where everyone is starting together. Tuesdays from 5pm to 6pm. The four sessions do not need to be consecutive and can be booked according to your availability.<\/p>\n
Each session combines games, team dynamics and progressive movement learning, working through the basic movements of parkour and building sequences that involve passing through different types of obstacles. The approach is playful and dynamic throughout, developing six core physical and creative capacities across the four classes: balance, coordination and agility, strength, speed, endurance and creativity. The goal is to build a solid foundation in the discipline through progressive, safe and genuinely enjoyable learning that makes every child want to come back.<\/p>\n
