AjudaLab combines art, culture and community in an authentic Lisbon atmosphere, and S\u00e9rgio brings the depth of his training at the Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes alongside a practice that spans painting, drawing, cartography and contemporary visual language to every workshop he teaches. His work explores themes of territory, memory, identity and public space and has been shown in exhibitions and festivals across Portugal and internationally. The three-session format gives participants enough time to genuinely develop their approach across the course, building on each previous session with renewed energy and growing confidence.<\/p>\n

I am S\u00e9rgio Marques, a Portuguese visual artist, designer and certified trainer based in Lisbon. I studied Painting at the Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes and hold a Master\u2019s degree in Territory Management and Urbanism from the University of Lisbon. My artistic work combines traditional painting, drawing, cartography and contemporary visual language, and has been shown in exhibitions including the CHEAP Street Poster Art Festival, the XI Bienal de Pintura de Pequeno Formato da Moita and urban art projects in Lisbon and Cascais. I founded AjudaLab as a creative space dedicated to workshops, art and cultural experimentation in Lisbon, and I bring all of that into every session I teach.<\/p>\n
