Kids underwater training at Jamor for children aged 6 to 15 who want to discover and develop their confidence and skills in the underwater environment. Led by Miguel Ferreira, a sports coach with a degree in Marine Sciences, 15 years of experience in aquatic training and a competitive career that includes multiple National Championship titles, these weekly adaptation sessions take place every Friday from 9pm to 10pm at 25 euros per month with a 12 euro membership fee and insurance included at no extra cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The sessions focus on progressive adaptation to the underwater environment, building the foundational skills, comfort and body awareness that young swimmers need to move confidently and safely beneath the surface. All club equipment is provided including mask, snorkel and fins, making participation straightforward for families without their own gear. Miguel brings the same technical rigour and passion he has developed across a career in competitive underwater sports and professional instruction to every session, working as an Apnea Academy Assistant Instructor, Grade 1 Underwater Activities Coach and CMAS Instructor.<\/p>\n

I am Miguel Ferreira, a sports coach with a degree in Marine Sciences and 15 years of experience in aquatic training and instruction. I work as an Apnea Academy Assistant Instructor, Grade 1 Underwater Activities Coach and CMAS Instructor. My competitive career includes two National Club Championship titles in the Second Category, National Elite Team Champion, National Triples and Doubles Champion and multiple regional and national team titles. I combine technical knowledge, competitive experience and a genuine passion for underwater sports in everything I teach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
