Indoor skydiving discovery session in Rio de Mouro at DreamFly, Portugal’s first and only indoor skydiving experience, for anyone who wants to take their first real step into the world of bodyflight with professional guidance and a structured learning approach rather than just a recreational spin in the tunnel. This single six-minute Flight School session, the equivalent of the freefall time of six skydives from 4,000 metres, introduces you to the fundamentals of stable indoor flight with a certified instructor, a personal progression booklet and HD flight videos included. The session is built around genuine learning from the very first minute. Your instructor guides you through the basics of stable bodyflight positioning and aerodynamic awareness before moving into an introduction to controlled flight movements including turns, forward and backward motion and altitude control, depending on your individual progression during the session. Wind tunnel awareness and essential indoor flight safety techniques are covered throughout. Pre-flight and post-flight guidance sessions frame the experience with the context and reflection that make the learning stick.<\/p>\n
