Back at Paula’s home you prepare two to three traditional Portuguese and Goan dishes using what you chose at the market, including Pataniscas de Bacalhau and Goan Bojas followed by your choice of Bacalhau \u00e0 Br\u00e1s, Am\u00eaijoas \u00e0 Bulh\u00e3o Pato or a fragrant Goan curry, with family recipes, cooking techniques and stories about the cultural connections between Portugal and Goa woven throughout. The experience closes with a traditional Portuguese dessert such as a Pastel de Nata served with coffee or tea, gathered around the table to enjoy everything you made together.<\/p>\n
