End of Summer Retreat at Country Village Senses in Reguengo Grande, Leiria, a two-day immersive experience at 300 euros per person running 16 to 18 October 2026, with 15 spots available. Created by Sara of Moments of Glim, an Italian-Portuguese Shiatsu and Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist and passionate advocate for Italian cuisine and fermentation, and Joana, founder of Clinisentidos, this retreat combines nourishing communal meals, hands-on workshops, movement classes and deep rest in a genuine community setting. Across three sessions of five hours each from 10:00am to 3:00pm, the programme brings together an Italian cooking workshop with wine tasting, a fermentation workshop, two movement classes in somatic yoga and Bioflow, an evening sound bath, a storytelling evening and time to relax by the pool with shared brunches and Italian-inspired communal dinners throughout. Three room types are available with single beds in standard double rooms with en-suite or shared bathrooms and four-person shared rooms, with upgrades available as an add-on.
