After all, both our amazing teachers and eager learners deserve peace of mind!<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><b>For Workshop Adventurers (Individual Bookings): The earlier you let us know, the more flexible we can be! Here\u2019s the breakdown:<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"[&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Cancelling 30+ days before? You\u2019ll get all your money back! (minus those pesky processing fees from Stripe\/Mbway \u2013 we wish we could control those!)<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">7-29 days before? We\u2019ll return your full payment minus a small 15% platform fee (gotta keep those lights on!)<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">3-6 days before? We can refund 50% (our teachers have already started prepping!)<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Less than 3 days? Unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer a refund at this point (but reach out \u2013 maybe we can find you another date!)<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><b>For Team Buildings (Because Group Fun Needs Extra Planning): We know organizing the whole squad takes more effort, so here\u2019s how it works:<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"[&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Cancelling 30+ days ahead? Full refund minus those processing fees (they follow us everywhere!)<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">14-29 days before? Full refund with just a 15% platform fee<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">7-13 days before? We\u2019ll refund 70% of your booking<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">3-6 days before? 40% refund available<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Less than 3 days?
