1. Introduction<\/h2>

1.1 About the Platform<\/h3>

We provide a platform via the HandsOn Workshops website (handson.pt) (the “Platform”) where local workshop instructors and experience providers (“Teachers” or “Service Providers”) can list hands-on workshops, creative classes, and experiential activities (the “Services”) for purchase by participants (“Buyers” or “You”). As the platform provider, we facilitate the selling and buying process between Teachers and Buyers. We do not conduct the workshops or sell Services ourselves.<\/p>

1.2 Agreement to Terms<\/h3>

By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>

1.3 Express Agreement<\/h3>

If you register to use the Platform, submit any material, or use any part of the Platform, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>
