At MOUSSE, we believe French pastry should be shared, experienced and enjoyed by everyone, not only admired behind a bakery window. Based in Lisbon, we host intimate hands-on pastry workshops where guests learn how to create iconic French desserts in a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. From Éclairs and Paris-Brest to Fraisier or Lemon Meringue Tart, each class is designed as a true immersion into French pastry culture. Our workshops are made for curious beginners, passionate food lovers, travelers looking for an authentic experience, and anyone who simply enjoys beautiful desserts and meaningful moments around food. More than a cooking class, MOUSSE is about slowing down, creating something with your hands, learning real techniques and sharing a convivial moment together. We keep our groups intentionally small to make the experience personal, interactive and accessible to all levels. During the workshop, participants are guided step-by-step through the recipe, discovering professional techniques, practical tips and the story behind each dessert. At the end of the class, everyone leaves with their handmade pastries, recipe notes and the confidence to recreate them at home.
