I’m a dedicated, lazy cook and I like to make life easy for myself, so I learnt the shortest way to make a delicious sourdough bread. This workshop will teach you how to make a sourdough loaf of bread, as well as an explanation on how to keep your sourdough alive, the lazy (aka smart) way!

You don’t need to bring anything to the workshop, other than clothes you don’t mind getting flour on. Depending on the amount of participants, you might walk away with a sourdough loaf of bread or some slices of bread, as well as some sourdough starter, and a digital recipe card so you don’t forget all we learnt during the workshop.

The workshop is held at my house under strict supervision from my cat Covinha, so if you are allergic or don’t like cats let me know and we can find an alternative arrangement.
