Teacher | Ana Serodium: From a very early age you are interested in the subject of food and nutrition and its health effects, currently working as a nutritionist (4320N). In addition to his academic training, Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences and Masters in Food Quality and Health, his professional and personal path was being laid by various trainings and courses associated with a broader view of nutrition, human and life.
As a nutritionist she was always linked to the clinical area, but her taste for the study led her to the area of research and, in turn, the need to communicate, through lectures and workshops, the knowledge she has been acquiring throughout the time. Its greatest aim, as a dietitian, is to lead to further development of the individual at different levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) as a human as part of a path of self-knowledge, and, where the adopted attitude is based in self-education and self-accountable as a form of therapy for strengthening character, true identity and authenticity.
