Most team building activities leave nothing behind. Our tufting team building workshop in Lisbon leaves your group with a shared tapestry that they built together, piece by piece, decision by decision. The group picks a common theme at the start and then works through the session in rotations, each person taking their turn at the tufting gun while the rest of the group shapes the creative direction collectively. The object only comes together if the team does.

The maximum number of participants is 12. The minimum is 6. Smaller groups are also welcome, though the minimum price for a private workshop is the equivalent of 6 tickets.

The normal cost for this team building workshop is 86€ per person but the price can be ajusted and discounted depending on the number of participants. This team building session can also be done in your company instead of the studio with an addicional transport fee depending on the location.

We open with a welcome and a creative alignment exercise where the group agrees on a theme and visual direction before anyone touches the equipment. From there we move into a short theoretical introduction covering tufting techniques, materials, and how the guns work. Once the briefing is done and rotations are organized, the practical session begins, with our professional tufting instructor present throughout to guide technique and keep the process moving.

One finished tapestry that belongs to the whole group, ready to hang in the office as a permanent reminder of what the team made together on that particular day.

At the end, participants will have one large canvas made as a group, plus 3 individual 10×10cm pieces.

We are the Hands On team and our job is to make sure your group has an experience worth talking about the next day.
