SWA – Portuguese Street Workout and Parkour Association was born from the visionary drive of a group of enthusiasts who shared a passion for urban sports and the freedom of movement. With a cosmopolitan and inclusive identity, SWA sees Street Workout and Parkour as much more than mere sports: it recognizes them as true tools for social transformation, capable of inspiring balance, discipline, and personal growth. Its mission extends beyond physical practice - it promotes well-being, justice, and the holistic growth of the human being, developing mechanisms for social responsibility and projects with a lasting impact on communities. Nationally and internationally, the association is dedicated to the promotion, training, and development of these practices, supporting social and community integration, as well as the involvement of children, youth, and members, in an ongoing commitment to movement, freedom, and human progress.

Wear comfortable sports clothing and athletic shoes with good grip. Bring a water bottle and be ready to move, jump, and have fun.
Students develop fundamental Parkour movements such as jumps, rolls, vaults, balance, climbing, and landing techniques, while also improving strength, coordination, agility, and self-confidence.
Our Parkour program is designed for children, teenagers, and adults, with classes organized by age and ability level to ensure the best learning experience for everyone.
