Life Happens! Our Cancellation Policy 🎨
We know plans can change (we’re all human after all), so we’ve made our cancellation policy crystal clear and fair for everyone involved. After all, both our amazing teachers and eager learners deserve peace of mind!
For Workshop Adventurers (Individual Bookings): The earlier you let us know, the more flexible we can be! Here’s the breakdown:
- Cancelling 30+ days before? You’ll get all your money back! (minus those pesky processing fees from Stripe/Mbway – we wish we could control those!)
- 7-29 days before? We’ll return your full payment minus a small 10% platform fee (gotta keep those lights on!)
- 3-6 days before? We can refund 50% (our teachers have already started prepping!)
- Less than 3 days? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at this point (but reach out – maybe we can find you another date!)
For Team Buildings (Because Group Fun Needs Extra Planning): We know organizing the whole squad takes more effort, so here’s how it works:
- Cancelling 30+ days ahead? Full refund minus those processing fees (they follow us everywhere!)
- 14-29 days before? Full refund with just a 15% platform fee
- 7-13 days before? We’ll refund 70% of your booking
- 3-6 days before? 40% refund available
- Less than 3 days? Sorry, no refund possible at this point
When Life Really Throws a Curveball:
- If your teacher needs to cancel – don’t worry! You’ll get a full refund, all fees included
- Dealing with an emergency? Talk to us! We’re humans too and will do our best to help
- Sometimes we can offer you a different date or credit for future workshops – just ask!
The Boring (But Important) Bits:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Give us 5-10 business days to process everything
- You’ll get an email when your refund is sorted
