About the facilitators:

Hala Hamdan is a certified Music Therapist (MA) and parent counselor with 12+ years’ experience. She teaches attachment theory at Metàfora (Barcelona) and gives global lectures to parents and professionals, advocating for music therapy across the Middle East. Now based in Lisbon, she offers sessions for children, adults, and families.

Aida Akoury is a mindful art facilitator (MA in clinical psychology and trained in art therapy). She creates reflective spaces that blend art and mindfulness in Lisbon catering for groups of women, the lgbtqia+ community and expats.
