This is a transformative workshop where we will explore the relationship between our inner critic and inner mentor through the power of introspective painting.

In this two-act workshop, we will focus on understanding the voices that shape our inner dialogue. By painting and reflecting, we will work to differentiate between two internal voices and use art to foster a healthy, supportive narrative that nurtures self-love, resilience, and personal growth.
