Come delight your senses at our seasonal probiotic drinks workshop — where ancient ferments meet modern neuroscience and flavour meets feeling.

Join us for a hands-on dive into the world of living, fermented drinks — where we’ll show you how to make kombucha, the queen of probiotic beverages, and a colourful wild-fermented seasonal strawberry soda: naturally fizzy, jewel-red, and strikingly delicious.

Together we’ll explore how these vibrant brews impact your gut-brain connection, mood, and creativity — and how you can craft them with intuition and joy at home.

We’ll taste a range of fermented beverages to tantalise our palates, awaken our senses, and inspire second ferment experiments. Expect a playful sensory journey paired with insight into the role fermentation has played in the evolution of human kind itself.

These workshops are specially curated to be nurturing and multidimensional. You’ll arrive with curiosity, bubble with the chemistry, and leave with family and a greater sense of what it means to feel alive, on the inside and out. The experience culminates in a multi-sensory tea party, where we deepen connections and indulge our taste buds with a themed flavour palette.

• Learning on two different styles of fermenting: Wild + Cultured, with all materials and organic ingredients provided
• A kombucha SCOBY (your very own mother bacteria) to take home and start multiplying your bacteria family
