### About Luiz Pereira Luiz Pereira is a comic artist and educator passionate about the power of drawing to tell stories, communicate ideas, and bring imagination to life. Through his comic workshops, Luiz combines practical drawing techniques with the creative and storytelling foundations behind comics. His approach encourages students to explore character design, visual storytelling, composition, expressions, movement, and sequential art while developing their own artistic voice. Whether you are discovering comics for the first time or looking to develop your existing skills, Luiz’s workshops provide a supportive and hands-on environment where experimentation and creativity are at the centre of the learning process. For Luiz, comics are more than just drawing—they are a language. His goal is to help each student understand that language and use it to create their own characters, worlds, and stories.
The workshop is open to anyone interested in comics, drawing, and visual storytelling. Whether you are a beginner or already have drawing experience, the exercises can be adapted to your level.
