Reconnection and Purpose Immersion in Sobral de Monte Agraço with Lourdes Magalhães and Jorge Barbara of Cabana Sistêmica, a two-day transformative retreat at 353 euros running on 26 and 27 September, each day approximately 9.5 hours, integrating Systemic Practices, Family Constellations, Forest Bathing, immersive experiences with the Five Elements of Nature, meditation, Shamanic Fire Ceremony, Life Design and mental and emotional reprogramming inspired by Integrative Medicine. Lourdes holds degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and Psychology with specialist qualifications in Systemic Psychology and Family and Organisational Constellations, and Jorge is a specialist in Phenomenology, Systemic Psychology and Family Constellations and a certified Usui and Shamanic Reiki Master and Holistic Therapist. An optional one-night stay is available as an add-on.

Day one on 26 September runs from 9:00am to 9:00pm with energy preparation, chakra alignment and opening of the systemic field, a therapeutic nature walk and Forest Bathing, immersive experiences with the Five Elements of Nature, water practices focused on awakening the feminine, systemic and body-centred practices exploring abundance, belonging and reconciliation with the family system, a Family Constellation session for every participant and an evening Shamanic Fire Ceremony of Transformation featuring drumming, sacred chants and practices focused on releasing inherited patterns, vows and stories that no longer need to be carried. Day two on 27 September runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm with active meditation, Systemic Life Design, mental reprogramming integrated with systemic practices, a Family Constellation session for every participant, a sharing circle and a closing ceremony with gratitude to nature and the group.

We are Lourdes Magalhães and Jorge Barbara, the couple behind Cabana Sistêmica, born four years ago from a dream of living with greater purpose surrounded by nature.
