One of Lisbon’s most sought-after adult experiences. For over 11 years, international sculptor and installation artist Ella Taub has been guiding participants through the ancient practice of figure sculpture in clay, working directly from a live nude model. This is not a casual art class. It is a genuine masterclass in observation, proportion, and three-dimensional form, delivered in an intimate evening setting in the heart of Lisbon.
What to Expect
A three-hour session entirely dedicated to the human figure. You will work from a live nude model, learning to observe the body in real time and translate what you see into clay with your hands. The session moves through proportion, gesture, structure and surface. Every participant receives individual guidance from Ella Taub throughout. Sessions are small by design.
What You Will Learn
The anatomy and proportions of the human figure. How to observe a three-dimensional body and extract its essential form. Building volume and structure in clay from the ground up. Reading gesture, weight and balance. Techniques used in classical and contemporary figurative sculpture.
What is Included
Portuguese clay and professional sculpting tools. A glass of Portuguese wine or herbal tea. Light snacks. Personal instruction by Ella Taub throughout the full session. Your finished sculpture to take home.
The Setting
Candlelight and music in an intimate studio in central Lisbon. Maximum 15 participants per session. A focused, unhurried atmosphere where the work is taken seriously. Full address provided after booking.
Good to Know
Adult session featuring a live nude model. Duration 3 hours. All levels welcome including complete beginners. Wear clothes you do not mind getting clay on. Bring something to transport your sculpture home safely. Doors close 15 minutes after the session begins. Sessions fill in advance.

I am a professional sculptor and art educator with over ten years of experience teaching clay sculpting and artistic life model studies. My practice is rooted in classical sculpture, anatomy, and material-based exploration of the human form. I have taught thousands of students through independent studios, cultural institutions, and art programs, working with artists at different stages of their professional development.

Perfect place to celebrate your birthday or to host any type of event. Def recommend! It also has an amazing view, and it's in the epicenter of nightlife.

Love the ambiance, it strikes a perfect balance between cozy and professional. It's quiet, and when someone does get a bit loud, the staff is quick to address it, ensuring a productive environment. I can easily lock in here. Also a good place to make new friends and even network. They host events after work hours from time to time, too. Staff is friendly and attentive, I’m happy with it overall.

Most evenings they organize events either at the place or elsewhere in the area. The place is beautiful too and the free coffee just tops it off. Highly recommended!

3 weeks agoBeen at Tribe for two months and it is a great co-working space with nice and calm atmosphere, just the right amount of social interactions and events. The facilities are excellent as well but what takes the place to another height is the manager Vicky. He brings a great energy to the office, makes sure to know everyone and introduce you to new people. Highly recommended place for work.
