In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the essentials of recording and producing music from the comfort of your own home.
Whether you’re a singer-songwriter, a guitarist, or just curious about music production, this session will help you kickstart your journey into home recording. 🎧
We’ll start with hands-on learning, covering the basics of recording vocals, guitar, and bass using affordable, beginner-friendly equipment. You’ll get familiar with using audio interfaces, microphones, and MIDI controllers, as well as Logic Pro for recording, editing, and mixing.
You’ll have the chance to experiment, record, and mix your own short track. Filipe Soeiro will guide you step by step, sharing practical tips from his own experience as a musician and producer currently playing gigs around Lisbon.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have recorded a basic track and gained the confidence to start producing your own music at home.

At present, the workshop is offered exclusively at the student house or studio, and travel expenses are not included in the price.

More about your Teacher Filipe Soeiro
Soeiro, also known as Sway Row, is an independent musician & producer that has been focusing it´s work in creating original music, mainly in his house/bedroom environment.
He spent the last 7 years in the UK, completing a degree in music production which led to start his own musical project, back in 2021.
Happy to announce its comeback to his hometown, he´s now looking to share the recording and production techniques that fundamentally make a "bedroom producer".
