My intuitive perfumery workshop in Algarve is a hands-on sensory experience that starts exactly there, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with your senses and discover how botanical aromas can reflect your own energy, emotions and inner landscape. Through guided exploration of herbs and essential oils you will learn the foundations of natural perfume blending and leave with a signature fragrance that is entirely and personally yours.

We move through the session at a gentle, unhurried pace. You begin by exploring a curated selection of aromatic herbs and essential oils, learning how each one behaves and what emotional qualities it carries. From there we cover the basics of natural perfume blending, understanding how different notes combine and how to work with them intuitively rather than technically. Following your own instincts throughout, you build your personalized botanical perfume step by step, a scent that reflects who you are in this particular moment. No experience needed and no formulas to follow. Just curiosity, an open mind and your own sense of smell as the guide.

I am Kamila, founder of Pacha Kama and creator of natural cosmetics and perfumes inspired by a deep love of nature. I began my journey in Portugal’s landscapes, making blends from garden and forest ingredients for family and friends, and have spent years developing that practice into something I now share with others. What I bring to every workshop is the same thing I bring to every formulation: the belief that technical knowledge and intuition are not opposites but partners, and that the most meaningful creations happen when both are present.

No prior experience with perfumery, aromatherapy or natural cosmetics needed. If you are curious about scent and want to make something that feels deeply personal, this workshop is exactly right for you.

Do I need any experience to join the workshop?

Not at all. This workshop is designed for beginners and curious minds. You will be gently guided through the whole process of exploring scents and creating your perfume.

Is it a good experience to share with friends?

Yes, absolutely. The workshop is a beautiful experience to enjoy with friends, partners or family members. Creating perfumes together makes it even more special and memorable.

Can I come with my child?

Children are welcome if they are curious about scents and comfortable working with natural ingredients. The workshop is generally suitable for children around 8–12 years and older, when accompanied by an adult.
