Silver ring workshop in Lisbon where you melt, shape, texture, stamp, solder and polish your own sterling silver ring from scratch in three hours in a cosy studio in the heart of the city. No experience needed, no artistic background required, just a willingness to work with your hands and leave with something genuinely precious that you made yourself. Come alone, bring a friend or make it a date.
You choose between a wide band or two stacking rings, with an extensive range of texture and stamp combinations to explore and make your own. Maria guides you through every step of the silversmithing process, from the first heat to the final polish, adapting the session to your pace and creative instincts throughout. The class is flexible by design, giving you real creative input into the piece you make rather than following a fixed template. Sterling silver 925 is included in the price, and if you want to take your ring further you can upgrade to include a natural stone from Maria’s personal collection sourced from India and Bali.

I am Maria Boytunova, a self-taught silversmith with eight years of hands-on experience and almost 200 private workshops and courses behind me, not a single unhappy student. I hold all required professional licenses and my own responsibility mark. My experience spans Paris Fashion Week and Milano Jewelry Week through to intimate one-to-one workshops in my Lisbon studio, and what I love most about teaching is watching someone make something meaningful with their hands for the very first time. I know how challenging it is to start without guidance because I learned everything through trial and error myself.
No prior experience with silversmithing or jewellery making needed. Sessions welcome individuals, friends and couples alike.
