VAT Regimes and Invoicing Process

The process depends on your VAT regime. Here's what you need to know.

23% VAT Regime

Invoicing flow:

  • Hands On invoices the client directly.
  • You invoice Hands On for your earnings, as shown in your Wallet.
  • This keeps the process simple for you and the client.

0% or 6% VAT Regime

Invoicing flow:

  • You invoice the client directly.
  • Use the client's name exactly as it appears in the Bookings system.
  • Upload the client invoices with your payment request.
  • Hands On invoices you for our commission.

Important: Your net earnings are the same regardless of your VAT regime. The difference is simply how the invoices are handled.

Requesting Your Payment

Check Your Eligibility

Before requesting payment, make sure:

  • The workshop date has already passed.
  • The client has paid for the workshop.

Prepare Your Documents

23% VAT Regime

  • Your invoice to Hands On for your earnings.

0% or 6% VAT Regime

  • Copies of all invoices issued to clients included in the payout.

Submit Your Payment Request

Submit the online payment request form and attach all required documents.

Payment Timeline

Workshop Completion — You've successfully delivered your workshop.

Your Payment Request — Submit your payment request with all required documents.

Hands On Review — We review your request and process the payment within 7 business days.

Payment Issued — You receive your earnings and are notified by email.
