Ceramics workshop in Lisbon designed around one idea: that working with clay is genuinely good for you. Clay Therapy Club is a creative retreat in the heart of the city where relaxation, self-expression and hand-building techniques come together in a single unhurried session. Whether you have never touched clay before or have some experience and want a space to create freely, this workshop meets you exactly where you are. Maximum six participants per session to keep the atmosphere cosy, personal and genuinely mindful throughout.
The session moves through four gentle stages. We open with a grounding introduction to help you connect with the clay and settle into the space before moving into a guided exploration of hand-building techniques. From there the session opens into free creative time where you work at your own rhythm with access to different types of clay, textures, shapes, colours and finishes, making the experience as rich and varied as you want it to be. A calm closing moment brings the session to a gentle end. Tea and snacks are available throughout. Your finished pieces are fired and glazed professionally after the workshop and ready for collection approximately four weeks later.
