Cyanotype workshop in Lisbon for anyone who needs a quiet reset as the season changes, a slow and grounded creative experience that uses sunlight, natural materials and focused attention to bring you back to the present. Spring is often associated with renewal but that internal shift does not always happen on its own. This session creates the conditions for it, using cyanotype sun printing as a hands-on process that is simple enough to be meditative and engaging enough to pull you fully out of mental overload.
Cyanotype is a photographic technique that uses sunlight to create deep blue prints. You will work with natural elements, shapes and composition, arranging materials on light-sensitive paper and letting the sun do the rest. The process is slow by nature and that slowness is the point. Each print takes time, attention and a willingness to let the outcome unfold rather than control it. The session is structured to support a genuine shift from the noise of a busy period into something quieter and more sensory, with space for reflection woven gently throughout.
