3-hour surf lesson in Algarve for anyone who wants to spend as much time as possible in the water and come out the other side with genuinely improved surfing ability. Future Eco Surf School’s extended group lesson is built around maximising your time on the board, with certified local coaches guiding you through every stage of the session from warm-up to water. Please note that start and finish times may be adjusted to make the most of surf forecasts and tidal conditions on the day.

The session follows the same proven structure that makes every Future Eco lesson effective. We begin with a warm-up to prepare the body for the physical demands of surfing, followed by a surf and safety briefing adapted to your previous experience level. Sand practice with targeted exercises builds the muscle memory and technique foundation before you enter the water, and the surf session itself runs with ongoing goals, coaching tips and real-time corrections throughout. Three hours in the water gives you the time to actually feel improvement happening rather than just scratching the surface of the experience.
