Power Hot Yoga follows the same dynamic Vinyasa style but is practiced in our Ganban studio, featuring heated volcanic stone flooring and an immersive 8-speaker sound system. The warmth and humidity help increase flexibility, encourage deep sweating, support circulation, and create an invigorating, detoxifying experience while enhancing calorie burn and overall wellbeing.
