I offer private breathwork sessions, group experiences, retreat-style events and workshops for companies and teams.
My sessions are suitable for individuals, couples, friends, tourists, expats and corporate groups who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves and experience breathwork in a grounded and welcoming setting.
