Guided massage workshop in Lisbon for anyone who wants to develop a more intentional, confident and connected relationship with touch. Led by Ana Vaz and Lucas Lima in your own space, this is an educational session built around the idea that touch is a skill, one that can be learned, refined and used to support presence, connection and physical awareness in a meaningful way. No prior experience needed and the session is open to couples and solo participants alike.
The workshop follows a clear three-part structure. It opens with an introduction to care, consent and connection, establishing the framework and creating a safe and comfortable space before anything practical begins. From there Ana and Lucas move into demonstration, showing massage techniques and explaining how the body responds to intentional touch, muscular tension and release. The final part of the session is hands-on practice, with participants invited to explore the techniques in a supported environment with space for questions, personalized guidance and integration at every stage. The session takes place in your own space for comfort and privacy, and the duration is flexible depending on the group and individual needs.

We are Ana Vaz and Lucas Lima. Ana is the founder of Grow Beyond Norms, an educational personal brand centred on pleasure and power, a certified trainer and therapist in training whose work focuses on bespoke educational programmes grounded in empowerment and trauma-informed practice. Lucas is a massage therapist and holistic practitioner with years of experience guiding individuals and couples through conscious touch work, specialising in cultivating connection through presence and embodied awareness. Together we bring complementary expertise and a genuinely attuned approach to every session.
