Hatha yoga class in Alentejo at the beautiful Craveiral Farmhouse, surrounded by nature and designed for all levels from complete beginners to those deepening an existing practice. Led by Teresa from Teresa e os Yogis, this is a grounding and restorative group session that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath and move with intention in one of the most peaceful natural settings in the region.
The session moves through a gentle and balanced Hatha practice, exploring postures, alignment and mindful awareness at a pace that works for every body in the room. Teresa creates a safe and judgment-free space where age, gender, physical ability and experience level are never barriers to participation, only starting points. The natural surroundings of Craveiral Farmhouse add a quality of stillness to the practice that is very difficult to find in an urban studio, making this session as much about the setting as it is about the yoga itself.

a month agoMe and my daughter had a wonderful time at Craveiral. She loved the animals and the indoor pool was perfect and very warm (29°C). The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice. We even got an update for a bigger apartment which was very thoughtful and lovely. I would just recommend more supplies for cooking like spatula, cooking spoon, soup ladle, peeler. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and kind. The surroundings are great for little kids and you can help yourself to everything that grows in the garden. There really isn't anything bad to say! We had a very lovely stay and enjoyed the off season prices. Would have been nice to have more families staying at the same time. Maybe next time!

3 months agoWe felt like being welcomed into someone’s dream fram. Yet, it’s heaven for children and adults alike :) Craveiral Farm is truly a warm, peaceful home, full of heart. Patricia and Tiago, along with the entire staff, are incredible people who genuinely care about every small detail. From the personalized welcome note in the room when we arrived, to the handmade soaps, fresh cookies waiting in the kitchen, and the constant smiles, everything felt thoughtful and real. Breakfast was always fresh and served with warmth. The room was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the whole atmosphere felt like living in a dream, a real farm with an amazing vibe. They went above and beyond in every possible way. We didn’t just enjoy staying here, we fell in love with it, especially Noga, our baby who doesn’t stop talking about all the animals in the farm days later. We would love to come back, and honestly, we definitely will.

3 months agoWe stayed at this beautiful farmhouse while traveling with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, always attentive and ready to help, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The place is truly special — peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by nature. Even though I travel a lot, it’s rare to find places that are this well cared for and with such a lovely atmosphere. It was the perfect setting to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the simplicity and beauty of the surroundings. A place we’ll definitely remember and happily recommend. Grazie!!!! 6 months agoThis has got to be one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever visited… And not just that, the on-site staff has got to be one of the most friendly and accommodating crews that I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. 10/10 all the way around. The property is stunning, the food is delicious, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, stoked with goodies from the farm, and very comfortable.

6 months agoDreaming of going back such a beautiful place. It’s full of heart, soul and a commitment to nature in terms of food, architecture and spirit. If you’re looking for a reset from the world, and enjoy elegant accommodation, 5-star facilities (hot tub, cold plunge and gorgeous pool, anyone?!) farm-to-table food, and staff that go above and beyond, well… this is your place! It’s an ode to the essence of Alentejo, combined with farmhouse luxury. Special thanks to Alison for making my stay so special too
