Specific requirements will be confirmed upon registration—comfortable athletic clothing allowing full range of motion and climbing shoes (rental available at gym). The one-hour class provides all essential instruction for bouldering principles, techniques, and safety protocols in maximum 5-person groups.
Class location details are provided upon booking, taking place at indoor climbing gym facility equipped with bouldering walls, crash pads, and varied route difficulties for teaching essential techniques enabling autonomous safe gym use after completion.
The focused curriculum covers all essential fundamentals—bouldering principles including route reading and hold identification, proper footwork techniques for efficient climbing, hand grip variations, body positioning basics, safe falling and landing methods, plus gym etiquette protocols.
