What should I wear for an ecstatic dance workshop?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows free movement. Bring layers as it's outdoors, and wear shoes suitable for dancing on natural surfaces. Consider bringing water and a small towel for comfort.

Is ecstatic dance suitable for people with no dancing experience?
