No. This experience is suitable for beginners, and your guides will provide a full safety briefing and paddling instructions before entering the river.
Yes. Your safety is our priority. All participants receive certified safety equipment and are accompanied by experienced professional guides throughout the activity.
Wear swimwear under your wetsuit and bring trainers that you don't mind getting wet. We also recommend bringing a towel, dry clothes, and a warm jacket for after the activity.
Yes. Transport from Porto can be arranged when booking for an additional fee starting from €20 per person.
Children from 12 to 17 years old have to be accompanied by an adult. Therefore, if a ticket is bought for a child only without 1 adult accompanying them, the booking will not be accepted.
